I’ve spent the last several years working with farmers across different parts of India understanding their constraints, guiding them on better inputs, and helping them explore new crop opportunities.
My background is in agricultural science, I hold a PhD in Agriculture but my work has always been practical. I focus on what farmers can actually implement, not just what looks good on paper.
Before starting Sahyoga Organics with Neeraj, I worked on scaling organic input supply and advisory services. That’s also where I began to see the systemic gaps: many farmers want to grow something better, but they don’t have the training, the confidence, or the buyers to make it work.
At Sahyoga Organics, I design farmer programs that are region-specific, realistic, and focused on long-term success. I work closely with our field network to ensure every farmer we engage with has the clarity and support they need to grow, both economically and personally.
